Fuzzy’s Corporate Health was founded by Firas el Achkar (known to everyone as Fuzzy) with a simple belief: employers and their people deserve a health partner that truly listens, works fast, and delivers outcomes that actually matter.

What started as a vision became reality in 2022 when Fuzzy’s Physiotherapy officially launched. After transformative clinical experience at the South Australia Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit and Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Fuzzy saw a gap that needed filling. Employers were navigating complex WorkCover claims with little guidance. Injured workers were falling through the cracks. Pre-employment processes were slow, inconsistent, and disconnected from real workplace needs. He set out to fix that.

The team expanded in 2023, growing into a multidisciplinary practice offering physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, and hydrotherapy. Today, Fuzzy’s Corporate Health serves one of the largest coverage areas in South Australia, partnering with employers, insurers, return to work coordinators, and HR teams from metropolitan Adelaide to regional communities including Goolwa, Riverton, and the entire Barossa region.
